Petty Knife Unicorn

The first of the ST Gourmet Knives line!
 An all do with 14cm blade, the most characteristic  peculiar is the geometry of the blade.
 Thanks to the S-grind you have a different cutting experience, the CNC milled part is concave so that the food cannot stick, while the thickness to the wire is really low to have an excellent penetration.
 The unicorn finish is unique and unrepeatable and takes place during the hardening process, the final band is hand satin
 The hardening, with cryogenic treatment is made by me personally 
 Handle, removable  and replaceable, made in hybrid of stabilized poplar burl and resin made in Italy
